The Tulwyn are a fierce tribal nation that reside in the Athul, a wilderness region west of Coranan. They are known for the more than occasional slaughter of unwary travelers of the Salt Route. They lead semi-nomadic lives, and move from locale to locale every few years. Contemporary weapons are used by the Tulwyn - taken from those traders they ambush along the Salt Route.
As with many tribes, the Tulwyn are often at war with a nearby Hârnic state, in this case the Tulwyn have been fighting Thardic legionaires for a number of years. The Tulwyn will not cross the nearby Farin River, as they have some taboo against the ruins of Pesino which lie nearby.
